Billing and refunds
Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record for web purchases. All sales are final, but billing errors and duplicate charges are always corrected. Email us and we will sort it with Dodo.

In-app purchases are billed by Apple and refunded through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Everything else about the app, email us directly.
