Refund & Cancellation Policy

The free tools require no payment and are the full product, so you can evaluate everything ToolPDFs does before spending anything. Because of that, purchases are final. This page covers ToolPDFs Pro bought on the web through Dodo Payments and in-app purchases in the iOS app billed by Apple.
1. All sales are final
ToolPDFs Pro purchases are not refundable. Every tool is free to use without limits before you buy, so what Pro adds is known upfront: priority support, early access, and a say in the roadmap. Please make sure that is what you want before checking out.
2. Billing errors and duplicate charges
Genuine billing mistakes are always corrected: duplicate charges, a charge after a confirmed cancellation, or a purchase that was never delivered. Email hello@divvsaxena.com with the Dodo Payments receipt or order id and it will be fixed promptly through Dodo, the Merchant of Record.
3. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy removes rights that consumer law does not allow to be excluded. For consumers in the EU and UK, the statutory 14 day right of withdrawal for digital content ends early when performance begins with your express consent and acknowledgement that the right is lost; by completing checkout and receiving immediate access to Pro, you provide that consent.
4. Cancelling a web subscription
Cancelling genuinely stops future billing. Use the subscription management link in your Dodo Payments receipt email, or email hello@divvsaxena.com and we will cancel it for you and confirm in writing. After cancellation you keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for, and no further charges occur. Cancellation does not refund the current period.
5. Apple in-app purchases (iOS app)
Purchases made inside Invoice Generator: PDF Bills are billed by Apple, and refund decisions for those purchases are made solely by Apple under its own policy. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions, then the app, then Cancel Subscription.
6. Chargebacks
If something looks wrong on your statement, please email us before opening a card dispute. Billing errors are fixed quickly and without friction.
