Invoice Generator: PDF Bills does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Everything stays on your device. We have no servers, no accounts, and no analytics.

1. What data we collect

None. We do not collect any personal information, usage data, analytics, crash reports, or any other data from you or your device. This is not an oversight. It is intentional by design.

2. Where your data lives

All invoices, client details, and business information you enter are stored locally on your device using SwiftData. This data never leaves your device and is never uploaded to any server.

The app stores a single onboarding completion flag in iOS UserDefaults. This flag never leaves your device.

When you share a PDF invoice, that is an action you take using the iOS share sheet. We have no involvement in or visibility into what you share or with whom.

3. Device permissions

Invoice Generator: PDF Bills may request access to your photo library solely to let you pick a business logo to display on your invoices. Your photos are never uploaded, transmitted, or stored anywhere other than locally on your device as part of your invoice data.

No other device permissions are requested or required.

4. Analytics and tracking

We do not use any analytics tools, trackers, or third-party SDKs that collect data. There is no advertising, no behavioral tracking, and no fingerprinting.

5. In-app purchases

Invoice Generator: PDF Bills offers optional Pro subscriptions (monthly, yearly, and lifetime) processed entirely by Apple via the App Store. We do not handle or store any payment information.

Purchase and subscription management is governed by Apple's terms. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in iOS Settings under your Apple ID.

We use RevenueCat solely to verify subscription status on device. RevenueCat does not receive any personally identifiable information from us.

6. GDPR and CCPA

Because we collect no personal data, the obligations under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) that relate to data collection, processing, and retention do not apply to Invoice Generator: PDF Bills.

7. Children

Invoice Generator: PDF Bills is not directed at children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use this app. By using Invoice Generator: PDF Bills you confirm that you are 13 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children.

8. Changes to this policy

If we ever change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. We will never introduce data collection without making it prominently clear.
