Welcome to Invoice Generator: PDF Bills. By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Acceptance of terms
By using Invoice Generator: PDF Bills, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Using the app
Invoice Generator: PDF Bills is a tool for creating and sharing invoices. You agree to use it for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for the accuracy of the invoices you create and send. You may not use Invoice Generator: PDF Bills to create fraudulent, misleading, or illegal invoices.
3. No professional advice
Invoice Generator: PDF Bills is a productivity tool, not a substitute for professional accounting, legal, or financial advice. We make no representations about the legal or tax validity of invoices created with the app. Consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.
4. Your data
All data you enter into Invoice Generator: PDF Bills is yours. It is stored locally on your device and we have no access to it. If you delete the app, your data is deleted with it. We recommend keeping your own backups.
5. Subscriptions and purchases
Invoice Generator: PDF Bills offers optional Pro access through the App Store as a monthly subscription, yearly subscription, or one time lifetime purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID will be charged at confirmation of purchase and at each renewal.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in iOS Settings under your Apple ID. All payments are processed by Apple. We do not handle billing directly. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their App Store refund policy. We do not offer direct refunds outside of Apple's process.
6. Intellectual property
Invoice Generator: PDF Bills, including its name, design, code, and all content within the app, is owned by Divv Saxena and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the app without explicit written permission.
7. Age requirement
By using Invoice Generator: PDF Bills you confirm that you are 13 years of age or older. If you are under 13, do not use this app.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Invoice Generator: PDF Bills and its owner from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the app, the invoices you create or send, or your violation of these terms.
9. No warranty
Invoice Generator: PDF Bills is provided as is without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the app will be error free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. You use it at your own risk.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Invoice Generator: PDF Bills, including errors in invoices, lost data, or business losses. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Dispute resolution
If you have a dispute related to an in-app purchase, please go through Apple's App Store refund and dispute process first.
For all other disputes, you agree to first contact us at hello@divvsaxena.com and attempt to resolve the matter informally. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration and not through class action lawsuits. You waive any right to participate in a class action proceeding against Invoice Generator: PDF Bills.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
